DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! If I could give this crooked dealership a 0 I would. Terrible customer service and liars! I purchased my truck here and the sales experience was not very good. Now to my service experience today... I scheduled a service appointment on Monday for today (Friday). When I had called in Monday and spoke to the advisor I explained I needed an alignment and when they do the alignment I need my cam bolts switched because I had just lifted my truck. When you align a vehicle you have to loosen the current cam bolts. To put the new ones in literally takes 5 minutes. The advisor told me as long as it's not too much work it would be free, and if they felt it was extra work it would be 20 dollars per side. This means it would be 89 dollars for the alignment plus 40 dollars for the cam bolts. That's a total of 129 dollars. This could not have been anymore clear over the phone. I scheduled the appointment. Today I drop my truck off and as I'm on my way home I get a phone call from them saying that it will be over 400 dollars for it!!! The advisor put me right over to the service manager Mike. Talk about a rude ignorant lying sob. He had an attitude on the phone and denied anybody quoted me that price on Monday. I couldn't remember the guy I set up the appt with. I told him to look in his system to see who set the appointment up. Mike put me on hold for 5 minutes gets back on the phone and says there is nothing in his system and I don't even have an appointment!!!! Talk about shady! What's funny is when I dropped my truck off he had my appointment pulled right up. At this point I had words with the service manager on the phone and he didn't like my tone so he simply hung up on me. I get back to the dealership and ask to speak to the general manager. I was escorted up to his office by the sales manager. I get in his office and he was a scummy looking guy. He had sleaze written all over him. In his office I felt like I was in a mob movie or something. He refused to look at my cell phone which showed my call on Monday and refused to look at his system. Very ignorant and rude guy. After getting nowhere with the guy I said " I can cost you a lot of business if you don't honor what was told to me". The GM then claims that saying that was a threat to him and tells me everything is being audio recorded!!! Now I didn't even raise my voice to him and I don't consider telling someone that I will cost them business if they don't honor what they told me a threat!?! I also am pretty sure it's illegal to record someone without telling them. I didn't say anything wrong so I don't care but it's all principle. This was a classic case of telling someone something to get them in and then lying and not honoring it once they get there. I ended up going to another shop and paid 135 dollars. This place is a poor excuse for a business and very very shady even for a car dealership! I have filed a complaint with Nissans corporate offices and am also going to the BBB.
