  • My lease is almost up so figured I would leave a review. I just want to clear it up first, don't believe everything you hear or read. Centerpoint isn't bad, I have lived here for only 1 short year but it has been good. I haven't had any major issues that would ultimately lead me to believe that I should have never rented here, and I can't say that about my previous renting experiences. We rent a 1 bedroom, 3rd floor. I only really deal with my neighbors bellow me. We never have had personal issues with anyone. Our neighbors do argue but when you are renting at an apt. Complex, what do you expect? You hear things!!! It's okkkk. Management is really nice, Linda is awesome! The other lady's are great also. Things get fixed quickly, the most I had to wait one time was 2 days. Overall thumbs up. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 is because gate is always broken now. And new families moving in our a little messy. I see trash a lot now outside. Our lease did increased so we will be leaving. But I have nothing but great things to say about Centerpoint. I would definitely give em a shot.
