*UPDATE* since I am unable to privately message you back, I will post it here.
*Mike, I did call to let the staff know that Boomer was sick, they told me it was normal after the flu shot and if it lasted more than 14 days to then bring him in!
I have to ask, if this was a "misunderstanding of communication" then why did YOUR staff member cross out the need for a canine influenza vaccine on the paper she had me sign? YOUR staff member told me "oh he's all good." Obviously there is a training and communication issue within your staff. Also, I understand how WiFi works, but if you know there are connectivity issues with your network, why do you charge people an additional cost when the webcams may or may not work? Lets collect a little extra money for a service you MAY be able to utilize.. SERIOUSLY?
This was a great clinic but it seems as though its more concerned about dollar signs than compassionate care for their patients.
I find it funny that you can respond to a Yelp review yet you cannot return a call that was promised "the following day" by your staff. Again, communication issue on your facilities end, not mine.
