I just called to get my prescription after being on hold for 10 to 15 minutes I was asked by the young lady who answered the phone if I would like to call someplace else... each time I've called for anything the responses been less than genuine and more about the trouble it causes than anything else... excuse me if I want to spend money with you. And believe me when I tell you that if you choose this place you will be sorry as I am.
I understand that checking with the office manager would be appropriate but I think reviewing your policies would be better I am definitely a patient of yours who has lost their faith in you ... I posted this review within moments of speaking with that person on the phone... check your time check your date check again.
