Sat in a chair for 45 minutes without anyone saying a word. They didn't give me updates of when they would get to me, didn't offer a magazine or water. I just sat there pruning up until the water was cold and I had to take my feet out...not just bad costumer service, actually rude. I'm not asking to be catered to or fawned over, but at least acknowledge the person and give a time frame about when the service might happen. If they didn't have the availability they should not have seated me or at least told me it was going to be awhile. I ended up having to leave and they didn't even seem to care, didn't offer an appointment or even a better time to come back. I guess they don't really care. Of course I won't go back.
