  • DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! My A/C broke on a monday morning I called shortly after, it is now wednesday and they are telling me they need at least another 2 days to get it replaced, this week's low temperature is 97 degrees, completely unacceptable and unprofessional. To say "we are doing everything we can," is a joke their handy man came over and said its broken but they insist on getting another opinion therefroe prolonging this horrilbe process. I can't emphasis enough...do not rent from these people, they are not on your side, it is impossible to get a solution. O ya and when you call thier office they give you the run around.
