  • Very unfriendly staff. Even though I had requested a corner room at the time of reservation and then call before arriving, they did not accommodate. I asked to speak to the hotel manager, she was worst then her employee. Not anything she can do about it! Wrong attitude. To add to this unfriendly welcome, the hotel is under construction. The manager said just changing carpets and a paint job. The floor I was given had such a bad smell of paint and glue that I immediately got the worst headache for the remainder of the day. The room was very small, bathroom was dirty with mildew in the shower. The bathroom door had a faulty door knob. Had I not noticed this before going in, I would have lost access to the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows as if they were filled with rock. My real major problem with this location was that they had not listed the hotel being under construction and giving me the choice to decide if I want to be their guest! Believe me there was no discount for this discomfort either!
