  • Total ripoff. Install cheap, substandard units. Non reliable/unethical customer service. Had a very bad experience, they were incidentally the HVAC subcontractors for our builder Shea Homes. The units installed were Amana/Goodman which historically had issues with Evap coils(lawsuit pending). I am sure they must have acquired these units in dirt cheap. Even after repeated complains for one of the units they never seem to find/do anything other that recharging the refrigerants without any root cause analysis on every service call. And so the system broke in just around 3 years mark with huge leak in the Evap coil. Half of the coil had corrosion to indicate that the leak was there for a long time. Called Sonoran multiple times, they don't seemed to care(they already knew about the issue with their units). Will never recommend Sonoran to my friend/family.
