  • I really should give this 1 start but I hate to do that and their food is not bad. It's the service-they just can't get it right. We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning around 10 and it was busy but not packed. Well you would have thought it was Super Bowl Sunday with the Steelers winning they way the wait staff was acting. We were seated and a booth opened up right after we sat down so we jumped at the chance to move. Our waitress greeted us and apologized that they just seated all the tables in her section at once and she would be with us as soon as she can. It was a few minutes later that she took our order-ok no problem. We all got eggs of some sort. Well 40 minutes later we are starting to get restless and other tables that came in after us are getting served. We asked our waitress multiple times what is going on and she apologized and said she should have told us from the beginning that it takes a minimum of 45 minutes to get your food. Seriously are you kidding? That is crazy for eggs even on the busiest of days. After an hour and ten minutes had passed we could wait no longer and were headed out the door-I have never done this before but it was getting ridiculous. On our way out the waitress stopped us as our food was there. I got an egg, cheese and bacon sandwich on a bagel. It was not bad. My fiancé ordered a steak and cheese sandwich with a friend egg and they forgot the fried egg. He was so hungry by this point it did not even matter. The waitress apologized again as she knew we were not happy. We asked her 3 different times for the manager and he never once came to see us. On top of all of that they did not even give us a free orange juice, We had to pay for the entire meal. On our way out the waitress said she hopes this will not prevent us from coming back-well it does unfortunately. We had 2 guests from out of town with us that were appalled by this service. I was also really disappointed with the manager for not taking the time to settle this-all it would have taken was a free entrée or two. The only thing I can end with is I recommend you stay away from this place for brunch and know going in you will have bad service because the food is pretty good.
