| - As I arrived in Phoenix, Arizona on 8/6/11 from New York, I was not offered a meal while in flight. The flight attendant was rude and dismissed me altogether...and traveling with a bad knee and paying for a "Choice Seat" was really not helpful when there is absolutely NO legroom and the seats are worn out and uncomfortable! For that, they get two stars...
As for the flight itself, I give it a golden "5 Stars!" There was no turbulence, it was a steady flight from beginning to end, and if there was going to be a small bit of turbulence, the pilot informed everyone over the loud speaker. Something that "JetBlue" should be doing...I feel like their pilots should also go back to re-train on learning how to fly without causing turbulence.
So, if you're looking for great service and comfortable seating, this is NOT the airline; however, if you're looking for a comfortable no -turbulent flight, this is your airline!
