  • You have no idea how great Enterprise has been to me this year. 3rd time they have saved my day with helping me assisting me when other companies have dropped the ball. And if they didn't drop the ball then the attitudes and customer service at the other locations have been just outrageously poor. Not here at enterprise! EVERYTIME they do the best and show initiative to give more then what needs to be done! I can tell you this from a strong background of running 5 Star Hotels and having a customer service background this team at the Exotics Branch is unstoppable! Erin helped me out and got me into what I needed. Lacy was a huge help the next day as well as Gavin and the accommodations they provided for me. Thank you so much and you and your teams actions will make a huge impact on recommendations when it comes to my high dollar clientele. Thank you so much
