So far 800Flowers are 0-3 in order accuracy over the past two months. The problem this last time occurred today to simply change the date of a delivery. I was put on hold for 61.5 minutes then dropped.
From this point forward I will google a local florist and place my order there. I am a corp franchisee trainer and would excoriate any of my folks for being so rude. Gratefully I work with a fantastic group of business owners And have never had this problem. I plan to use these experiences in all my future training of what NOT to do to a customer.
