  • We sat at the bar on a VERY busy Friday night (Billy Joel+anthrocon+4th of July weekend!). Taylor was very friendly but definitely rushed. I don't think they anticipated being that busy at all. It was a beautiful evening, Chardonnay was crisp and delicious. Chris missed the marinated cherries that they used to add to manhattans, but said his drink and subsequent beer were great. They were out of Angels envy when we visited though. A not on the bar and bartenders, it is like dinner and a show! They really take pride in their hand crafted cocktails, and it's something to watch for sure! We had the 1/2 cheese plate, fried beer battered pickled veggies, and fried avocado. All three were fantastic, but my favorite was the pickled, fried veggies! Awesomely crispy with fantastic vinegary flavor, went perfectly with the wasabi mayo! I really enjoy Sonoma grill, it may be one of my favorites downtown! And I love that they offer some outdoor seating! A great place to people watch on the weekends!
