| - For 3 years, our oven has given us trouble with not holding the temperature. We have a home warranty and the warranty company kept sending Sears to fix the oven. They were never able to fix it, but kept replacing parts - over 5 visits!! The 'lemon law' states that after 3 attempts to fix a problem, the appliance should be replaced. But Sears never took the time to get it replaced, they just kept changing parts out. And our warranty company wouldn't listen to us, they wanted to hear from a professional.
Finally, FINALLY, they sent Ron from The AC Guys. He replaced a part that our oven killed on the first use. When he came back, he recognized that the oven wasn't fixable (or safe because of the jumping sparks) and got us a new oven ordered right away through the warranty company.
Three years, many ruined dinners, unnecessary parts replaced, five co-pays that were unnecessary, and finally Ron was able to help us! I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a polite and knowledgeable professional. Ron was able to get the warranty company to listen when they wouldn't listen to us.
