  • The people at Peterson's rock. Plain and simple. I went in to transfer my film from my camcorder from a once in a lifetime trip down the Grand Canyon only to discover that my camcorder was broken and ruined each of the tapes when I rewound them by bending the tape. I was devastated and sobbed like a kid when they told me. They assured me they would try to do what they could to repair the film. Fast forward a week or two and I get back an almost perfect DVD. I was completely impressed and unbelievably happy. Will and have recommended this place numerous times to others.
