  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you are in the Charlotte Metro area call A-1 Discount @ 704.651.3404 they picked us up in less than 40 minutes! My insurance company contracts USA towing company. We called my insurance roadside at 3:30pm and got an ETA for 5:07. At 6:45 pm still waiting for a tow. I had to call them several times to find out what was going on. They kept saying 20min, 30min, 20min...The customer service was terrible. So bad that even the rep at the insurance company was shocked! My ins. company called another company(A1-Discount) for us that arrived in less than 30 minutes. If USA company had arrived on time we would have made it to our mechanic to have our problem resolved, (battery)saving us an extra trip the next day. This business could care less about their customers. Do yourself a big favor and don't bother with them. EVER.
