  • I wish I could give them no stars. Why? I wasn't even able to get my hair done. I made an appointment here last week. I showed up about 10 minutes early and checked in. 30 minutes later, I was still sitting in the waiting area, so I left. They called me about 5 minutes after I left and said they'd give me 50% off my services if I'd come back since it was their scheduling error. No thanks-Honestly, that's only to their advantage. On a busy Saturday, it would be better for them to make 50% than the zero dollars they'd make with the opening. The worst part-I originally scheduled the appointment for 10:00, and THEY called ME to ask if I'd come in at 9:30 instead! I'm new to NC, so I was looking for a new salon. Sad-I was hoping I'd like it here.
