Had a bad experience with their used car dept. I left with a signed contract for a certified pre owned BMW. A few days days later I got a call back from the person in charge of financing telling me the terms they agreed to weren't acceptable. After a lot of back and forth with the sales manager and the finance manager I came back in thinking that we had things adjusted only to find out nothing had really changed. Ultimately I ended up having to give them another $800 to get the original length and percentage rate that we had agreed on. Having spent the bulk of my career working in service related fields, I felt the actions of the service manager and the finance manager were very shady. I filled out their client satisfaction survey, and eventually got a call back from the manager of the dealership. He was friendly and very apologetic, but I let him know that to deal with a couple of people in important positions in his dealership that I felt were unprofessional, that I would never buy another car from them.
