rev:text	I'm choosing to write this review not because I review every establishment that I set my foot into, but rather because I had such an awful, near criminal experience at the Sahara Toyota dealership that I felt compelled to celebrate the great customer service and experience at Findlay. I had roughly four separate issues (two of which that were minor and ended up being non-issues) with my Toyota (that I purchased elsewhere, btw). My radio and screen needed to be replaced and I was having issues with my transmission. I made an appointment and brought my car in, expecting this to take at least a week at worst. Brandon Grade (BG) was nice, helpful, and able to identify the problems with my car before the end of the day. He kept in contact and I never had to call and check in. They were able to rectify my transmission issue and return my car back to me by the end of the day. The radio had to be ordered and he assured me that as soon as it arrived in stock he would call me. A couple days later he did just that. I brought my car in and within 3 hours I had it back and fixed. All of the costs and fees were up front - nothing hidden and no surprise extra costs, something the Sahara dealership does NOT do. In short, BG and Findlay Toyota have superb customer service, up front consultations laying out costs and possible costs, and a quick turn around. I will return to Findlay Toyota for everything from oil changes to more intensive work. I recommend you do the same.
