Like some of the other reviewers I was recommended to this company through my home warranty, Old Republic. It started off good, they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem correctly (probably with the help of my husband who is a HVAC tech himself) and made the recommendation to the warranty company. From there it went down hill... I dont' know how it started, Old Republic blamed Air One and Air One blamed Old Republic for the time it took to order the compressor. Regardless of that, I had scheduled an appointment (even though Air One wouldn't commit becuase they didn't have the compressor "in hand yet"). So I asked them to confirm with me the next day. They did not and I missed my appointment (they called it no show, but how can you no show to something you didn't have confirmation was happening?). To top it off, the lady argued with me that they had called the previous day. I was adament that no message was left and even asked her if the expectation was that I call back every unknown phone number in my phone (to which she had no answer). They couldn't get me in for another 4 days (after going without air for almost 2 weeks at this point). They were VERY unwilling to accommodate. POOR customer service skills. I would NOT recommend this company.
