Amazing example of a hotel gone wrong. This is obviously a new hotel in a great location, but the fun ends there. I have stayed here three times and this is the last, from the kitchen staff bitching at breakfast (their one meal) to the general senseless lack of pride in the dirty gym, the management team needs to take a hard look at the help. My room has always been dirty. Not the oops I missed a spot dirty, but the I have not vacuumed in weeks dirty. Hairs, candy wrappers, missing toiletries, no one is cleaning and no one is inspecting. I complained my last trip and got some bogus Marriott points, but I can tell you, a few points does not make up for the fact that you have to wear shower shoes and are afraid to sit on the toilet. I am renewing my faith in Hilton as Marriott brands are obvious going downhill.
