  • I have stayed at this Hotel several times when visiting the Pittsburgh area and have always found the service and property to be outstanding. The staff and Management continues to exceed my expectations. Any problems or issues are quickly addressed. The housekeeping staff were very professional and willing to work around my schedule. The breakfast area is well attended throughout the advertised time. There is free coffee available in the lobby around the clock. My room was clean and fresh. The free wireless internet was quick and dependable and served my needs. All in all I looked for a nit to pick but could not find one. This hotel is an excellent accommodation and will continue to be my choice when traveling in the Pittsburgh area
