Their broth needs quite a bit more work. It wasn't as flavorful and "OOMPH" like a good Pho broth should be. I had the sliced beef/meatball/tripe Pho and the ingredients seemed fairly standard quality but the meatballs seemed as if they were store-bought from the local Italian market.
Service was friendly, the price was a bargain, but the soup wasn't where it should have been.
The spring rolls were loosely packed and devoid of much flavor. Think of it like a lettuce and rice noodle rice-paper burrito. Not too impressed with the spring rolls.
I am a Vietnamese Pho snob so while this restaurant may be suitable for many, it just doesn't compare to other Vietnamese restaurants in other cities.
