  • You will be on the phone every month there is no consistacy in billing. When equipment needs replacing you wait for them to mail it and hope you can install it. If you want a service call it can take a week and they do not work weekends or aftet 5. So you must leave your job. They make cox look good. You have to reboot quite often as well.
