  • The appointment was an hour and a half late at that time I decided to leave an ask for a refund for my co-pay. The receptionist was very rude about the entire transaction. Really turned me off. She def could have been more professional and handled it better. Which also made me sad cause I had heard rave reviews of the doctor. I decided to go with another doctor who got me an appointment in 4 days after the fact. I am still waiting for my co pay refund.
