I have a heat pump with my furnace and it has started blowing cold air. I called on a Saturday, they came out on a Sunday and told me what was wrong, what my options were, what my warranty covered and what it didn't. They were very straight-forward and knowledgeable and took into account what I plan to do with my house long term. They fixed it enough that we had heat and are coming back on Thursday to replace a part which will fix it long term.
They are pricey, but I believe that they know what they are talking about and can handle complicated systems. I also don't think that they upsell you which as a single woman is very important to me. It's a shame that in 2017 we still have to worry about getting taken advantage of, but I never feel like they are condescending or mansplaining.
