All those people i named above should all be ashamed of them selves for letting and allowing the franchises to get away with serving old product and horrible customer service I'm at this location i get served old donuts harder than stale bread i ask for my money back and they tell me they can't offer a refund is there something else i can do i literally haven't even made it out the drive thru the girl said the manager isn't there and they are all employees with no codes , so we asked for them to call the manager cause we want our cash back, long and behold a girl comes out and gives us the refund , i came here prior weeks ago to get donuts for a meeting the donuts were no soft or edible i let it slide thinking everybody has issues well no this is a training issue , a manager issue a franchise owner issue a corporate issue , why are you guys allowing a store to do so horrible week after week after week and with major complaints, we are in a time where businesses are closing left and right and this is what sets the standards to allow that to happen to your business. I won't be coming back i just ended up driving a couple more miles and going to Krispy Kreme cause like i said poor service means giving up your customers s to the competition.
