  • Yes, they have beautiful fixtures. Yes, their staff is helpful and friendly. But none of this makes any difference if you order thousands of dollars of fixtures and EVERY room has major errors. How would you like a shower head attached 2 feet off the floor? Or a set of fixtures in chrome that should have been copper? Showerarms where there should have been handhelds? Fixtures that don't even fit? Maybe most of this will get fixed. But the incompetence that caused this in the first place cannot be fixed.
