  • We have been battling a cock roach problem in our vacation rental home. Terrible, right? Who wants to rent a place with these nasty creatures. We treated ourselves in multiple ways, had the complex company come in several times, and a neighborhood company. Virtually NO results. We got the three month guaranteed service. The technician came and did things I'd not seen any of the others do. He used spray inside, moved the fridge and stove out, sprayed behind, dusted with a powder dust that kills them instantly and also baited the targeted areas. Then he explained about some of the waste lingering from them behind the appliances actually attract more. He instructed us to thoroughly cleanse those areas to stave off another infestation. After the first treatment, we noticed a definite reduction. We called them to come back about two weeks later, they did, and for the first time in 9 months--despite repeated spraying week after week by us and other companies--we have had multiple days without ANY of these nasty critters, dead or alive. I am VERY pleased with how thorough Terminix and this particular location has addressed our heartbreaking issue. Thank you!
