  • As a tenant, I was in Virginia looking for a house to rent in Las Vegas. I responded to an ad for a specific property posted by Golden West Management. They responded almost immediately and after a knowledgeable discussion about the place, GWM suggested we send them a renters application for the property which we did. Our application was accepted within 24 hours and after a brief discussion they agreed to hold the property for us for about a week while we traveled from Virginia. We arrived in Las Vegas on Saturday and their agent met us at the house for a showing on early Sunday afternoon. The property was exactly as advertised so we leased it and with GWM's help were moving in within 4 days. They have continued to follow up on our tenancy and have been a great help in making this our home. I would completely recommend Golden West Management to any prospective tenant.
