I filled out the online appointment tool to schedule my oil/filter change. I also indicated that I wanted my recall notice and Zaktek protection to be taken cared of. I arrived for my appointment and was asked for confirmation re the oil/filter service. I inquired about the other services and was I told that it was too late in the day to take care of the recall (4pm appt), the Zaktek protection will take too long and that I should have gotten my car washed (I knew that but isn't a complimentary car wash included in the oil service?)
If you are going to ask me, your client, fill out an appointment tool asking me what services I need IN ADVANCE, I expect you to read and acknowledge what services can and cannot be done at the appointed time. I left my email address and mobile number there- got a call from your finance team re refinancing but no call on the services request. Hmmm.
No issue on the service performed, but leaving me uninformed until the actual time does not make for good customer service.
