First time customer. The ticket doesn't say you're supposed to look for a small orange sign on the curb. Lost, I wondered around the block for minutes, while waiting for the customer service phone to answer. Rep said I lost my bus and said I cant get a refund. I can't describe my frustration. I hope I get a refund. There should be a way for new customers to BE INFORMED what to expect, what to look for and where exactly to wait for their bus. Nobody on duty at the stop to at least tell people: "you're in the right place" or something.
