  • I wish all doctor offices and doctors were like Dr. Eric Reuss! From the minute you walk in the door, you feel comfortable and recognized. Dr. Reuss even walks out to greet you and takes you back to his office himself. In the beautifully decorated office, he inquires about your issues, truly listens to your concerns, and then offers ideas before going to the exam room. What a great way to make patients feel valued! Other great attributes: professional, on-time (unless there is a hospital emergency), HE is the one who calls the patient with their test results, and the cloth covers provided for the patients are a special, handmade design. I've been a patient at this office for 25 years. Dr. Eric Reuss has continued so many of the special ways of doing business his father, Dr. Henry Reuss, instituted years ago, and added his own touches to stay current with the needs of his patients.
