  • My local sushi experience in Madison has been confined to the less than stellar ones you typically get in buffets. So to change that we decided to venture out for a Sushi only dinner and landed here. Ambiance: The color palette, furniture choices make the place feel a little cramped, but not claustrophobic. Service : I can't comment on anything else but Sushi and a good Sushi does take time. It took longer for us (Over 30 mins) as we were given our entire order altogether. The "View" made the wait fun though as we watched in awe the sushi masters clinically prepare rolls in front of us! Food : Our good fortune that we got a set of chairs at the sushi table. We ordered a portion each of Sunrise Roll, Dragon Roll and Dynamite Roll. All three rolls were absolutely Delicious and some of the best "Ala Carte" sushi we've had in a while. The seafood was fresh and high quality, the rice moist and cooked to perfection. Everything was prepared with surgical precision and flavors were spot on! Value : At about $15 a roll for the ones we had, not cheap but then the sushi was worth every bit! Will return for sure.
