  • T-Jay's is an auto repair shop in Bedford, OH. I am not an employee of that company, but rather a customer who had two pleasant experiences with T-Jay's. My first encounter came after someone scrapped the left rear of my car. The VW dealership directed me to T-Jay's which was only two doors away at 200 Broadway Avenue. I was quite concerned about cost, but Paul had my back panel painted and buffed... "FREE"! So unusual, kind, honest and so much more. The second occasion is when a traffic cone on the infamous Pennsylvania turnpike attacked my car. Without structural damage, my sensors on the left-front were tapped out. Yikes! The VW dealership gave an estimate ranging up to $2800.00. Expecting the worst, I returned to T-Jay's. A rental car was arranged and I was off with the auto dinosaur, Chrysler suv. Surprise... surprise, in just four hours, Paul called and informed me that my car was ready. Jumping with joy, I got to T-Jay's and the price was so far beneath the estimate. Again, honesty "small-town country style". What nice people... what a wonderful experience. Dr. R Sevayega
