  • Our stay at this hotel over the long weekend was superb. We were staying in town for a wedding at the Bata Shoe Museum which was very close and within walking distance. We had some trouble with our reservation when we arrived, but Kevin at the front desk was very helpful and solved it. He was great! The concierge was excellent also. I wanted to book a massage at the hotels spa, but unfortunately were totally booked for the day and evening. The woman offered suggestions of other places within my budget for the type of massage I was looking for, and was able to book it for me. So helpful and a seamless experience! Rooms were large and kept clean. We enjoyed our stay.
