I was pleasantly surprised to see that the line wasn't out the door and around the corner, unlike the original Ike's location that I've frequented for the last ten years in San Francisco. I also loved that they've kept the menu consistent with the SF location, which made me a little homesick in a good way.
The service was friendly and quick, however, I had gotten my sandwich to-go and didn't open it until I got back to the office. I was heartbroken to see they had forgotten to put the BBQ sauce on my Menage A Trois :( Our office was 15min away so I couldn't go back to correct it. The sandwich was unfortunately pretty bland without that BBQ punch I had been anticipating.
