  • I bought an Englander Venus mattress from Frank, his store is in a closing mode and consolidating to one location and the clearance prices were so low I bought a bar stool for my garage as well. When I picked up the mattress it was damaged with a hole and some soiling, Frank said it would take a week to replace, which it did, and it was and after sleeping on it for a week I ordered another one of these for my other house. I compared this online and the Englander has some crappy reviews and terrific ones, it just seems to depend on the model and quality you buy. The quality of the barstool is average, it's no Ethan Allen heirloom, but it's better than Target and on par with Walker, but at a cheaper than Target price, so four star service with two to five star quality furniture all at a two star price makes it a five star experience. I could spend more at Walker and have a four star experience, but this worked out perfect for me, and unlike Ashley, it's a local company, I like supporting the local economy. Thanks Frank and Terry for a great experience.
