These pharmacists are AMAZING. Since it is the beginning of the year, my copay reset, and my copay amount is relatively high. Unfortunately, I had to refill two prescriptions the first week of January (for a total of $762). Even though I expected this, the pharmacists showed genuine concern for me since the cost was so high. They went out of their way to apologize, empathize, and provide me suggestions on how to get my supplies cheaper (even giving me coupons for a different brand). I can't tell you how much I appreciate that they showed genuine concern for me and treated me like a person rather than a transaction. This is why I continue to use CVS pharmacy when my insurance company decreases the amount of medical supplies I can get at one time (one months' worth versus three months' worth if I use the insurance company's mail order pharmacy). I much prefer genuine human kindness.
