  • Being from Hawaii and recently moving to Las Vegas, we were concerned about having different people from a shop we're not used to work on our truck. However, now that the shop is under new management and the new owner is from Hawaii, we felt more comfortable with giving CIA Customs a try. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming, including the friendly and loving doggie Louis who you may get to see (Bull dog but very sweet). Their staff is informative and are no BS types- they will tell you what it is without beating around the bush, and prices are reasonable (considering we came from Hawaii where you have to give an arm-leg-kidney sometimes). Initially, the work we had done was changing the radiator, new AC compressor.... Work done was great and Mike goes into detail to explain what was done and why (if necessary). We then have been back SEVERAL times in the last 6 months for more work on other things because we were pleased with the outcome of all jobs performed. Randy installed our HID's (Also from Hawaii), and periodically Mahi, new owner/management, will be around to say hello. Overall we appreciate everything they've done for us and our vehicle. Despite previous bad reviews, they're worth considering now that they've turned things around for the better.
