A French-inspired bistro run in collaboration with prolific chef Michael Mina, Bardot is a solid choice for accessible upscale dining inside a Strip resort.
Brunching here is a great way to ease into a weekend day, starting with the bottomless rosé. More, please! And the food options are all quite solid. I didn't partake in the much-enjoyed Nutella sticky bun for fear of an instant heart attack, but I still pushed the envelope with the foie gras tartare and a side of bacon to start. It was quite delightful, with none of the "ducky" taste in the way that, say, seafood can taste "fishy." The short rib bourgignon benedict added more savory tastiness to the whole brunch.
Service is friendly and professional, and also just the right level of attentive without being overbearing. The venue, which is up a flight of escalators from the ground floor of the Aria, indeed feels like an authentic Parisian bistro with its rustic décor.
