  • I can not believe how unprofessional this "property management" firm conducts themselves. They have absolutely NO idea of what is going on with properties from one issue to the next. They act as if they have multiple maintenance firms that conduct repairs, do not and are not familiar with property issues, are not available to reach by phone, HAVE NOT RETURNED SECURITY DEPOSIT..... I rented a "foreclosure" property in horrible shape noting problems, thank goodness, prior to move in. Impossible to reach to get things done and most important, robbing people of deposits seems to be the norm. So glad to hear that property owners are pleased with their service. If you are a renter....stay clear of this place. The lack of professionalism and in hindsight, the way they manipulate documents and request security is absolutely scandalous!
