  • Have to agree with all the other poor reviews. But, go see Betsy, she's awesome. We prefer to purchase online because it's usually excruciating dealing with the sales staff at this location. But, this time was different. We snuck in to take a peak at a couple swatches, and were pleasantly surprised to run into an unusually helpful sales gal. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you Betsy! Kind, courteous, professional, not lazy at all. Going above and beyond and happy to do it. Service with a smile. RH is very fortunate to have Betsy at their Scottsdale location and because Betsy is so awesome, I will give this store 5 stars. Not because of their cheap (made in China) furniture, that we have to sift through to find some decent pieces (that they haven't had to recall yet). Or, for their typically lousy, lazy, sales staff. But, because they finally got it right by hiring Betsy. RH, please give Betsy the recognition that she deserves. She sets herself far above the rest and landed you 5 stars because of her awesome attitude alone. Go Betsy!
