  • Waited for 45 minutes past my appointment time (with a 5 year old) to get into the exam room. Waited another 45 minutes to see the doctor, who was done in about 10 minutes. The front desk and office staff were courteous and helpful, but waiting for 2 hours for a 10 minute visit is unacceptable in any scenario. We will not be going back.
