  • Deserves zero stars. Dishonest and unethical. Sent out from my home warranty company for a bathroom leak. Rob said he could not make the repair until a restoration company. And out and cut holes all over the house. And he just so happened to have a referral company which he admitted he got a "spiff" from - ready to go. After the quote came in at $3,500 (not including fixing the leak!!) I got a second opinion. Servpro and KW Plumbing came out. $200 leak fix, $800 Servpro bill to dry out the walls - $1,000 total!! Will never use again.
