  • **Updated from 1 star to 4 About an hour after posting this review, Steve personally called to apologize for the lack of follow up. While we have chosen to move forward with another vendor, I appreciate his outreach and candor regarding the missed communication. ------ 2 weeks ago, I used Yelp to message Synthetic Lawns for an estimate. I had a fairly quick response letting me know Steve would call to schedule an appointment. Sadly, that was the last (and only) communication from the company.
