  • If you want to spend a depressing afternoon in greater Cleveland, come to Jack Thistledown Racino. Its's dingy, poorly staffed and depressing. Food options are poor. I came for an afternoon of thoroughbred racing and found elevators with ceiling panels down, escalators undergoing service, disinterested staff and a generally poor ambiance. It's an opportunity to see minor league racing and play slot machines. Period. I'd rather watch Netfilx.
