  • Beautiful, but over priced. Fourth floor apartment at 1800/month, however, with add on expenses pushed rent to over $1900/mo. Warning! This apartment complex is catered to the young! As my neighbor stated, "This is like living in a continual frat party." Don't count on a good nights sleep if you live in a building close to the pool. Pool parties sometimes until 4 a.m. with gates slamming all night long. There is also a security problem, cars stolen, bikes stolen and cars broken into. THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY!
