A very convenient location as it is located in Downtown Toronto. Booked a room with two twin size beds for about five nights and was very excited to get there. Friend and I thought we would be able to use the wifi at night when we returned from a long day out, only to find that we had to pay 8.95 plus tax for 24 hours worth of wifi. It wasn't a big deal since we were going to be out most of the time. In the end we did pay for one day, in the middle of using it, our wifi died for about half an hour and it was rather slow...
The staff was very helpful and the room service was very considerate because they would always get around to us (10th floor) before we woke up.
The room was small, but since we didn't stay there it wasn't an issue until the night when we had to move around to use the bathroom and such.
The bathroom was nice, a bit tight but it was clean and we were provided new towels each day. My only issue is that the hair dryer shuts off after 30 seconds of use... I'm not sure if I pressed the wrong button or not, but I'm sure it's not supposed to do that. Since I have long hair and visiting in the winter, it took me a lot longer to get ready than I thought I would need.
