  • If you like customer service representatives that talk at you, not to you, all while simultaneously not listening to your questions or concerns, then this is the airline for you! If you're a frequent flier from US Air (prior to the merger), you're gonna love the abundance of apathy and disdain. I should have called the SEC and stopped the merger!
